ORDINANCE NO. 29-86 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to appropriate a portion of the property situated at 1276 Clifton Prado, Lakewood, Ohio, (Permanent Parcel No. 312-29-105). WHEREAS, on the 18th day of February, 1986, the Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio adopted Resolution No. 6030-86 declaring the necessity and intention of appropriating the land hereinafter described, notice of ~the adoption of which Resolution has been served on the owners, persons in possession or having an interest of record in said land, and WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department and for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and welfare; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the fee simple interest and to the following described real estate be and the same is hereby appropriated for the purpose of constructing a roadway open to the public without charge in the City of Lakewood, Ohio, in conjunction with the Clifton Prado Improvement Project of the City: Being a portion of the premises situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, at 1276 Clifton Prado, Lakewood, Ohio bearing Permanent Parcel ~312-29-105 and further described as follows: Parcel 1: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Edna M. Wick and Viola M. Schafer by deed recorded in Volume 7070, Page 567 of Cuyahoga County Official Records; thence West, 11.50 feet along the northerly line of said parcel; thence South, 40.65 feet to the southerly line of said parcel; thence East, 11.50 feet along said southerly line to the southeasterly corner thereof; thence North, 40.65 feet along the easterly line of said parcel to the place of beginning and containing 0.01073 of an acre of land as calculated and described by William J. Haas, P.S. #4793 for the City of Lakewood from a survey made in July, 1984 by James B. Root and Associates. Parcel 2: An Undivided one-twentY second interest in the following described premises: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Sublots Nos. 54 and 55, and part of a 20 foot alley in the Henry Beach Subdivision of part of Lot No. 60 in Original Rockport Township, Section No. 21, as shown by the recorded plat in Vol. 30 of Maps, Page 4 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of Beach Avenue, due South 216 feet measured along said Easterly li~e from the Southwesterly line of Clifton Boulevara, said point being also the intersection of said Easterly line with the Southerly line of a 20 foot driveway, 235.13 feet
