<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to establish temporary appropriations for current expenses and
<br />other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January 1, 1998 to
<br />March 31,1998 as provided by Section 570538 of the Ohio Revised Code
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property,
<br />health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now,
<br />therefore,

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO
