<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to establish appropriations for current expenses and other
<br />expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 3 I, 2000.

<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health
<br />and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore,
<br />
