AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 905.19, Lakewood Park Lakefront, Section 905.98, Authority of the Superintendent of Parks, and Section 771.05, Bond of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood to replace the title Superintendent of Parks with Director of Public Works. WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood does not currently employ a Superintendent of Parks. Now, therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 905.19, Lakewood Park Lakefront, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood currently reading as follows: 905.19 LAKEWOOD PARK LAKEFRONT. (a) The lakefront of Lakewood Park north of the existing fence shall be open to the public for use in accordance with such rules and regulations as may be established by the Superintendent of Parks and Public Grounds. (b) No person shall enter any area and/or be upon any property situated north of the existing fence in Lakewood Park which is designated and posted as being a prohibited area or property. (c) No person shall enter into, or remain in, the waters of Lake Erie situated between the east-west boundary of Lakewood Park, for any purpose whatsoever. shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: 905.19 LAKEWOOD PARK LAKEFRONT. (a) The lakefront of Lakewood Park north of the existing fence shall be open to the public for use in accordance with such rules and regulations as may be established by the Director of Public Works or his or her desingee. (b) No person shall enter any area and/or be upon any property situated north of the existing fence in Lakewood Park which is designated and posted as being a prohibited area or property.
