A RE~OLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention to appropriate to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles, the certain property hereinafter described. That an absolute estate in fee simple in the land and real estate described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio andknownas being part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 22 and bounded and described as followsi Beginning on the Westerly line of Subl°t No. 1 in the Belle Avenue Allotment as shown by the recorded plat in Volume ~1 of Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records at the South- easterly corner of land conveyed to t~e City 9f Lakewood by deeds recorded in Volume &SS3' Pages 595 an~ 595 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along Said Westerly line of Sublot No, 1. which is also the Westerly line of land conveyed to Alden H.
