Gaydes, Gettermeyer. the~mprevement of Lake Avemae within the City ef Lakewoed, Ohio: WHEREAS, At a meetimg ef the Council ef Lakeweod, Ohio, held this 22nd day ef June~ 1959, a qm~r~m being present, the improvement ~f U, S, R. Ne. 6 DA, %mder the prevmsiems ef Cha~ter 5521, 0hie Revise~ Eede, came on for further comsideratien: said~pertien ef highway, as describe~ in the legislation proposing ceoperatien with-the State Highway Director ef Ohio, enacted en the 7th day ef May, 1959, being as follews: U. S. R. Ne. 6 DA The improvement ef ~. S. R. No. 6 DA (C.eO), locally known as Lake Avenue, by removing part ef the existing asphaltic smrface and resmrfacing the existing pavement freme,~rb te c~mrb, en all ef U. S. R. 6 DA which lies within the cerper~ ate limits ef the City ef Lakewoo~, being in all a ~stance ef about 2.97 miles; a~d WHEREAS, In said legislation proposing cooperation, said ~e~oil proposed te cooperate with theState Highway Director ef Ohio in the improvement ef the above described highway by assmming the pay- ment ef and contributing am amount ef money which is~ te be applied toward the total ces~ ef said improvement, which amount is determined by and equal ~e the following: (1) Fifty percemt (5G%) ef the censtrmctiem cost, and (2) One Nmn~ed percent ~1~©%) ef the cost ef adjmsting m~eipally owned utilities. Said peroentages shall imcl'ade their respective costs ef engineering, eentimgencies and incidental expenses. The Director ef Hi,ways metwithstanding the percentage basis ef centrib~tiem may allocate the money contributed im what- ever manner he may deem necessary in fimancing the cost ef censtrmc~ien, rights-el-way, engimeering and i~cidental expemses.
