RESOLUTION NO. 4366 BY: <br /> <br />Messrso Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance <br />to pay the cost of membership of municipal employees and/or Di- <br />visions or Departments in certain associations for the years 196~ <br />and 1965, and declaring such membership to be in the public in- <br />terest. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ membership of municipal employees in organiza- <br />tions designed to enhance the operation of municipal depart- <br />ments by the exchange of ideas, information and experience inures <br />to the public benefit, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />property, health and safety and for the usual daily operation of <br />municipal departments; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
