RESOLUTION NO. 4537 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Gaydos, Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Ward, Usher, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director df Finance to pay <br />the cost of membership of municipal employees and/or Divisions or <br />Departments in certain associations for the year 1967, and declaring <br />such membership to be in the public interest. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, membership of municipal employees in organizations designed <br />to enhance the operation of municipal departments by the exchange of <br />ideas, information and experience in~ures to the public benefit, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health <br />and safety and for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
