RESOLUTION NO. $265 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Magnotto. Mc~ide, Salmon, <br />Hsher, Brockman, Brown, Chinnock <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Diractor of Finance to pay the cost <br />of memberships of municipal employees and/or Departments or Divisions in <br />certain associations for the year 1978, and declaring such memberships to <br />be in the public interest. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, memberships of municipal employees in organizations designed to <br />enhance the operation of municipal departments hy the exchange of ideas, <br />information and experience to the public benefit, and <br /> <br />NNEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and safety and <br />for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section l.
