MINUTES <br />OF THE <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />12650 DETROIT AVENUE <br />FEBRUARY 5, 2018 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:38 PM by <br />Council President O'Leary. <br />Present: David Anderson, Thomas R. Bullock III, Meghan George, John Litten, <br />Samuel T. O'Leary, Daniel J. O'Malley, Tristan Rader. <br />Also Present: Mayor Summers, Law Director Butler, Finance Director Pae, <br />Planning and Development Director Sylvester, Fire Chief Gilman, Police Chief <br />Malley, Human Services Director Gelsomino, Human Resources Director <br />Yousefi. <br />Reading and disposal of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held <br />January 16, 2018. <br />Motion by Mr. O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to approve the minutes <br />without the necessity of a reading. <br />Motion adopted. Committee of the Whole Reports regarding Committee Meetings of 1/22/18 <br />(submitted — Pg. 8) and 2/5/18 (To be Provided) <br />Motion by Mr. O'Leary, seconded by Mr. O'Leary, to receive and file the 1/22/18 report and <br />to defer the report for 2/4/18/. <br />Motion adopted. All members voting yea. <br />Dean Dilzell —1276 French Ave. <br />Mr. Dilzell asked that Committee of the Whole meetings be published with more advanced <br />notice. He also referenced a community planning meeting in August 2015 to discuss plans for the <br />1 <br />
