Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, John Litten, Tess Neff, Daniel O'Malley, <br /> Tristan Rader, Jason Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George, Law Director Corrigan, Planning Director Leininger, Finance <br /> Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Fire Chief Dunphy, Public Works Director Ducu, <br /> Human Resources Director Dillinger, Chief of Staff John Storey, Deputy Clerk Lascu, Clerk <br /> Bach,Development Officer Dan Wyman and Trish Rooney of Lakewood Community Services <br /> Center. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to approve the minutes of <br /> the June 7, 2021 meeting without the necessity of a reading. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> 1. Committee report regarding Housing, Planning & Development meeting held June 14, <br /> 2021. (pg. 001) <br /> Motion by Councilmember Shachner, seconded by President O'Malley to receive and file the <br /> report. All members vote in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 2. ORDINANCE 20-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and <br /> directing the Director of Planning and Development or the Mayor to enter into an <br /> agreement with a licensed real estate broker to market for sale the real property located at <br /> 12311 Plover Street, Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 315-22-089) and 17450 Shaw Avenue, <br />
