MINUTES OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br /> July 19, 2021 <br /> Auditorium <br /> Present: Councilmembers Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader <br /> Also Present: Clerk Bach taking minutes, Fire Chief Dunphy, Mayor George, Director <br /> Rancatore, Captain Albrecht, Human Services Director Gelsomino, Planning Director Leininger, <br /> Law Director Corrigan, Deputy Clerk Lascu <br /> Call to Order: 7:10 p.m. <br /> Approval of the minutes of the May 10, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to approve the minutes of the <br /> May 10, 2021 Committee of the Whole meeting. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> RESOLUTION 2021-34 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> appointing and to the Public Art Advisory Board. <br /> (Referred to COW 716121) <br /> Councilmember Bullock advocated for Dave Robar, citing his expertise and experience on the <br /> Architecture Board of Review. <br /> The Committee discussed the requirements of the Board. The Board is still in need of a specialist <br /> in architecture or landscape architecture. <br /> President O'Malley spoke highly of the candidacy of Mary K. Piunno, discussing her artistic <br /> work. <br /> Councilmember Kepple noted that Ms. Piunno would bring representation for Ward 4 to the <br /> Board. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to place the names Dave <br /> Robar and Mary K. Piunno into the blanks in Resolution 2021-34. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2021-34 substituted. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to recommend adoption of <br /> Resolution 2021-34 as substituted. <br />
