MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> November 21, 2022 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:35 PM by President Litten <br /> Present: Kyle Baker, Thomas R. Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, John Litten, Cindy Marx, Tristan <br /> Rader, Jason Shachner <br /> Also Present: Finance Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Fire Chief Dunphy, Acting <br /> Public Works Director Papke, Human Resources Director Claudia Dillinger, Planning Director <br /> Shawn Leininger,Law Director Ernie Vargo, Human Services Director Chad Berry, Chief of Staff <br /> John Storey, Clerk Bach and Council staff <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to receive and file the minutes <br /> of the November 7, 2022 General Meeting without the necessity of a reading. All in favor. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> **Without objection, President Litten moved agenda items 26-28 to the top of the agenda.** <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS*** <br /> 1. Report from Committee of the Whole regarding meeting held November 14, 2022. (to <br /> be provided) <br /> President Litten provided the following oral report: <br /> Committee of the Whole met on November 14'h and received an update from Planning Director <br /> Leininger regarding the downtown development. Most recently, ABR called for significantly <br /> reducing the number ofresidential units above the Curtis Block. This change will impact the <br /> project's financials and the developer is currently analyzing the precise impact. The <br /> administration expressed optimism that despite this unexpected change, that there remains a <br /> path forward for this development and that a development agreement will be presented to <br /> Council for approval in early 2023. <br /> 1 <br />
