MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> February 6, 2023 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:50 PM by Acting President <br /> Kepple <br /> Present: Kyle Baker, Thomas R. Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, Cindy Marx, Tristan Rader, Jason <br /> Shachner <br /> Also Present: Finance Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Public Works Director <br /> Gordon, Human Resources Director Dillinger, Assistant Director of Planning David Baas, <br /> Planning Director Shawn Leininger, Law Director Ernie Vargo, Human Services Director Chad <br /> Berry, Fire Chief Dunphy, Chief of Staff John Storey, Clerk Bach and Council staff <br /> Motion by Acting President Kepple, seconded by Councilmember Shachner to excuse the <br /> absence of President Litten. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> Without objection, Item 414 was moved to the top of the agenda. <br /> Without objection, following item 414,public comment was moved to the top of the agenda. <br /> 1. Report from Committee of the Whole held February 6, 2023. (to be provided) <br /> Acting President Kepple delivered the following oral report: <br /> Committee of the Whole met today, February 6, 2023, at 5:30. All members of the Committee <br /> were present except for Councilman Litten who joined us via Zoom. We had Consultant Tracy <br /> Nichols, representatives from CASTO and North Point Reality, and members of the <br /> Administration. We received a report from the Planning Department regarding changes to the <br /> Downtown Development, with the notable change that Roundstone has changed their <br /> commitment to the project. Council discussed some of what that would mean and received a <br /> report from the Planning Department going through some of the changes in the financials to <br /> Building A. We moved into executive session for the purposes of discussing financials related to <br /> the project. A motion to exit executive session was passed a little after 7:30. <br /> 1 <br />
