M.V. ORDINANCE N0. S4- 6 <br />Page -2= <br />Section 4. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to advertise for bids for the construction of said improve- <br />ment in the manner provided by law. <br />Section 5. The Clerk of Council is further authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the office <br />of the Cuyahoga County Auditor within fifteen (15) days following its <br />passage. <br />Section 6 That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 7. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />for the reason that the construction of said improvement is immedi- <br />ately necessary to help insure safe access for emergency, service and <br />passenger motor vehicles on and over Beech Hill Road. It shall there- <br />fore take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of <br />not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the <br />Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />l ~ <br />6G~ ~ <br />Ric and C.
