Passed 11/6/84 by Voters <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84- 14 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS <br />1153 .02 (g) AND 1173.03 (a) (1) (C) , OF <br />THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD <br />V ILLAGE, OH I0, SO AS TO PROHIBIT <br />EATING ESTABLISHMENTS WITH DRIVE- <br />THRU WINDOW SERVICE, SUBMITTING THE <br />SAME TO TH E ELECTORS OF TH E <br />MUNICIPALITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Sections 1153.02(8), and 1173.03(a)(1)(C), of <br />the Codified Ordinances.of Mayfield Village, Ohio, are hereby amended <br />to read as follows: (Deleted material appears like this and <br />new material appears like THIS) ' <br />1153.02 Classification of Uses. <br />For the purposes of this Zoning Code, the various uses of <br />_._ buildings and premises are divided into groups, classes and <br />- subdivisions as set forth in the following classification of <br />---- uses <br /> <br />(g) Class U-7 Uses: Prohibited. <br /> <br />(8) EATING ESTABLISHMENTS WITH DRIVE-THRU WINDOW SERVICE. <br />1173.03 Permitted Uses. <br />Buildings and lands shall be used, and buildings shall <br />be designed, erected, altered, moved or maintained in whole <br />or in part only for the main or accessory uses set forth in <br />the following schedules and regulations. <br />`~ ~ (a) Motorist Service District <br />(1) Main Buildings and Uses <br /> <br />,~~ <br />r <br />t <br />
