Section ~ There shall be submitted to the qualified electors of Mayfield Village, Ohio, at the regularly scheduled general election to be held on November 6, 1984, the following question: Shall Ordinance No. 84- 14, which amends the Planning & Zoning Code of Mayfield Village by prohibiting restaurants with drive-thru windows, be enacted into law? YES NO Section 3. The Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County, Ohio is hereby authorized and directed to post within each polling place in Mayfield Village a full and complete certified copy of Ordi- nance No. 84- 14 . Section 4. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections for placement on the ballot for the regularly scheduled general election to be held on November 6, 1984, and to take whatever steps are necessary in-order to comply with all directives of the said Board of Elections in order to place this issue on the ballot. Section 5. The Director of Law is hereby authorized and directed to make such changes in the ballot wording as are necessary to.comply with any applicable rules of the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Section 6. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. Section 7. That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
