Serving food. and beverages in wholly <br />enclosed buildings, PROVIDED THAT NO DRIV E-THRU <br />WINDOW SERVICE IS AVAILABLE. <br />Section ~ There shall be submitted to the qualified <br />electors of Mayfield Village, Ohio, at the regularly scheduled general <br />election to be held on November 6, 1984, the following question: <br />Shall Ordinance No. 84- 14, which amends the Planning <br />& Zoning Code of Mayfield Village by prohibiting <br />restaurants with drive-thru windows, be enacted into law? <br />YES <br />NO <br />Section 3. The Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio is hereby authorized and directed to post within each polling <br />place in Mayfield Village a full and complete certified copy of Ordi- <br />nance No. 84- 14 . <br />Section 4. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga County <br />Board of Elections for placement on the ballot for the regularly <br />scheduled general election to be held on November 6, 1984, and to take <br />whatever steps are necessary in-order to comply with all directives of <br />the said Board of Elections in order to place this issue on the <br />ballot. <br />Section 5. The Director of Law is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make such changes in the ballot wording as are necessary <br />to.comply with any applicable rules of the Board of Elections of <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 6. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 7. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />
