M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 84-45 <br />Page -3- <br />from or out of the use of the Community Room Building <br />and shall be required to sign a written agreement so <br />stating. <br />(B) Any right or privilege granted to any person or <br />organization to use the Community Room Building, or <br />any part thereof, is personal and exclusive, and shall <br />not be transferrable to any other person or organiza- <br />tion. <br />(C) Parking shall be permitted only in the prescribed <br />parking areas. <br />(D) The cost of repairing any damage to the facility or <br />its contents shall be charged directly to the permit <br />holder, whether an individual or an organization, <br />in occupancy at the time of the damage. <br />(E) Groups or organizations other than families, may <br />contract for the use of the Community Room Building <br />for a single event or on a scheduled basis for <br />regularly held meetings, such as weekly, monthly, <br />bi-monthly, etc. <br />(F) All individuals and groups using the Community Room <br />Building shall be required to remain inside the building <br />during the course of the scheduled event. <br />(G) No tape, thumbtacks, nails, screw-in hooks, staples <br />or other fasteners may be used on any surface in the <br />Community Room Building nor shall any decorations be <br />hung from the ceiling. <br />(H) For any event at which there is expected seventy five <br />(75) or more individuals or twenty five (25) or more <br />automobiles, the permit holder shall retain the <br />services of a uniform police officer and shall be <br />solely responsible for paying for that service. Police <br />officers hired for this purpose must be commissioned by <br />Mayfield Village (Mayfield Village Police Officer or <br />Auxiliary Police Officer). The Police Officer must <br />remain on duty throughout the scheduled event and <br />shall not leave the premises until the building is <br />empty and secured. <br />(I) No individual or group may bring into the Community <br />Room Building chairs, tables, or other furnishings <br />without the prior written consent of the Mayor. All <br />chairs, tables and furnishings located inside the <br />Community Room Building are the sole property of <br />Mayfield Village and may not be removed from the <br />Building. <br />155.05 Use of the Community Room Building. <br />(A) Mayfield Village shall not be responsible for any <br />damage to any property that an individual or group <br />
