All articles must be removed at the end of each use and cannot remain overnight. (B) Chairs, tables, and other equipment must be set up and taken down and returned to the original position by the permit holder. Chairs and tables are not to be placed against the walls. (C) There will be no additional fee charged for the use of the kitchen with the rental of any of the rooms in the Community Room Building. Coffee and other beverages, pastries and refreshments may be served in the indivi- dual meeting rooms without the use of the kitchen. (D) All paper, cups and other trash must be placed in the trash containers located inside the Community Room Building. All other cleaning, including floor sweeping and table washing, is included in a non-refundable cleaning fee. (E) Prior to leaving the Community Room Building, the permit holder shall turn out all lights, lower the thermostat to 600 and secure the building by locking the door and deadbolt. (F) The permit holder should check carefully to make sure that the Community Room Building is in the same condition as it was prior to use. The building will be checked by a municipal official or employee every morning of ter a scheduled event. (G) Any group or individual using the kitchen is responsible for cleaning up dishes and cooking utensils, bagging garbage and clearing tables. Sink, refrigerator and range must be left clean. 155.06. Fee Schedule. (A) The following groups and individuals are eligible to use the Community Room Building without charge: Council, City Officials, Homeowners Associations, Boards, Commissions, all Council Committees and Commissions and any other group or individual designated by the Mayor. While no fee is charged for use of the building, each individual or group shall nevertheless remain liable for any damage to the building in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth hereinabove. (B) Senior citizens and youth groups are eligible to use the Community Room Building without charge. However, a refundable damage deposit in, the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) will be required. (C) Private or commercial rental for residents of Mayfield Village is available. Charge for use of the Community Room Building shall be Twenty Five Dollars (525.00). Additionally, a refundable damage deposit in the amount of Fifty Dollars (550.00) will be required. The deposit
