ORDINANCE N0. 8.4-45 <br />Page -4- <br />brings into the building to display, exhibit or use, <br />regardless of the cause, nor shall Mayfield Village be <br />liable to any group for any loss by thef t. All articles <br />must be removed at the end of each use and cannot remain <br />overnight. <br />(B) Chairs, tables, and other equipment must be set up and <br />taken down and returned to the original position by the <br />permit holder. Chairs and tables are not to be placed <br />against the walls. <br />(C) There will be no additional fee charged for the use of <br />the kitchen with the rental of any of the rooms in the <br />Community Room Building. Coffee and other beverages, <br />pastries and refreshments may be served in the indivi- <br />dual meeting rooms without the use of the kitchen. <br />(D) All paper, cups and other trash must be placed in the <br />trash containers located inside the Community Room <br />Building. All other cleaning, including floor sweeping <br />and table washing, is included in a non-refundable <br />cleaning fee. <br />(E) Prior to leaving the Community Room Building, the <br />permit holder shall turn out all lights, lower the <br />thermostat to 600 and secure the building by <br />locking the door and deadbolt. <br />(F) The permit holder should check carefully to make sure <br />that the Community Room Building is in the same <br />condition as it was prior to use. The building will be <br />checked by a municipal official or employee every <br />morning of ter a scheduled event. <br />(G) Any group or individual using the kitchen is responsible <br />for cleaning up dishes and cooking utensils, bagging <br />garbage and clearing tables. Sink, refrigerator and <br />range must be left clean. <br />155.06. Fee Schedule. <br />(A) The following groups and individuals are eligible to use <br />the Community Room Building without charge: Council, <br />City Officials, Homeowners Associations, Boards, <br />Commissions, all Council Committees and Commissions <br />and any other group or individual designated by the <br />Mayor. While no fee is charged for use of the building, <br />each individual or group shall nevertheless remain <br />liable for any damage to the building in accordance <br />with the rules and regulations set forth hereinabove. <br />(B) Senior citizens and youth groups are eligible to use the <br />Community Room Building without charge. However, a <br />refundable damage deposit in, the amount of Fifty Dollars <br />($50.00) will be required. <br />(C) Private or commercial rental for residents of Mayfield <br />Village is available. Charge for use of the Community <br />Room Building shall be Twenty Five Dollars (525.00). <br />Additionally, a refundable damage deposit in the amount <br />of Fifty Dollars (550.00) will be required.
