M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 8~-45 <br />Page -5- <br />shall be refunded only if the kitchen and Community Room <br />are left clean, all tables are cleared and the building <br />is in the condition it was when rented. All trash must <br />::. be bagged and the trash bags may be left in the kitchen <br />for removal by the municipal staff. <br />(D) Private or commercial rental for individuals or groups <br />who are sponsored by a resident of Mayfield Village <br />is available subject to the schedule requirements set <br />forth hereinabove. Charge for use of the Community <br />Room shall be Fifty Dollars (550.00) with an additional <br />refundable damage deposit in the amount of Fifty Dollars <br />(550.00). The deposit for use of the kitchen will <br />be refunded only if the kitchen and Community Room <br />Building are left clean, tY~e tables are cleared and the <br />- building is. found in the condition at the time it was <br />rented. All trash must be bagged and may be left in the <br />kitchen for removal by the Village staff. <br />Section 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compli- <br />ance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />for the reasons set forth in the preamble hereto. It shall therefore <br />take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not <br />less than four (4) members elected to Council and approval by the <br />Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time llowed 1a~i... <br />First Reading: 2/18/85 Richard C.
