To transport_or pay for transport of Contractor's pris- <br />oners to the Cleveland House of Correction; • <br />B. To pay for or reimburseC1eveland for the payment of all <br />surgical; medical and related services prov:.3ed to Contractor's prisoners <br />.outside the Cleveland House of Correction; <br />' C. To deliver for confinement oaly those persons who are <br />able-bodied, mentally competent, and eighteen years of age or older; <br />D: To reimburse Cleveland for furnishing or to furnish its <br />own guards when such security is necessary for Contractor's prisoners who are <br />required to be coafined to a hospital; , <br />E.- In the case of death of Contractor's prisoner, to assume= <br />disposition of the body and burial of same; <br />F.
