ARTTCLE III. OTHER PROVISIONS A. At termiaation of sentence, each of Coatractor's pris- oners shall be considered as discharged at the Cleveland House. of Correc- tion. B. -The rate for cost of confinement sent to Contractor pur- suant to Article I-D shall be deemed agreed-to by Contractor unless objected to in writing within thirty (30) days.after receipt of such rate. - C. Aay billing •for which wx_tten. objectioa has not been raised must be paid within sixty (60) d'aye after receipt•or else Cleveland may declare-this Agreement immediately*terminated by giving Contractor notice in writing. Such termination shall not affect aay amounts previously due or owing under this Agreement. • D. Contractor's prisoners shall be held subject to the rules, regulatioas and discipline of Cleveland House of Correction, the same as other inmates therein confined. E. Contractor's right to'have its prisoners accepted at the Cleveland Honse of Correction shall b'e depeadent upon the availability of space.at said House of Correction. It is further understood and agreed that the acceptance and housing of prisoners caf Cleveland will take precedence over the acceptance and housing,of Contractor's prisoners.
