(d) The members of the Community. Room Committee shall serve without compensation. (e) Pursuant to the terms of the Charter, the Mayor shall supervise the functions and duties of the Community Room Committee. Unless otherwise provided by the Mayor, the Chairman of the Committee shall establish meeting dates for the Committee and shall preside at all meetings. " (f) Unless otherwise provided by the Mayor, it is the function of the Community Room Committee to act in an advisory capacity to the Mayor for the completion, opera- tion and.management of the Village Community Room. 131.03 VILLAGE DAYS COMMITTEE. (a) There is hereby established the Village Days Committee which shall be constituted and have such powers and duties as hereinafter set forth. (b) The Village Days Committee shall consist of not more than twenty one (21) members, all of whom shall be appointec3 by the Mayor on or after January 1 of each year, such appointments subject to the concurrence of a majority of the members elected to Council. All members shall be residents of the municipality and shall not hold other municipal office or appointment except that the Mayor may appoint one member of Council to the Committee to act as liason between the Committee and the Council. The Committee shall select one of its members to serve as its Chairman.
