M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 82-30 <br />Page -3- <br />C. Leisure Time Activities as follows: <br />1. Trips. <br />2. Classes. <br />3. Exercise Programs. <br />4. Social involvement to provide services. <br />5. Programs such as dances, plays, movies, <br />lectures, etc. <br />6. Recreation. <br />7. Current events in Mayfield Village. <br />D. Transportation: <br />l.. Define needs (questionnaire). <br />2. Coordinating available services. <br />E. Nutrition: <br />l. Food stamp program. <br />2. Hot food (lunches, meals on wheels). <br />3. Nutrition eduction. <br />147.05 MEETINGS. <br />The Conunission shall select meeting dates which are <br />agreeable to a majority of all members of the Commission. <br />The Commission shall meet no less than six (6) times per <br />year with additional meetings as required. A quorum of <br />four (4) members must be present to conduct the business <br />of any meeting. <br />147.06 FUNDING. <br />The Commission on Aging shall be appropriated such <br />funds for its operations as shall be determined from time- <br />to-time by Council, such funds to be used for the benefit <br />of the Village's Senior Citizens in accordance with <br />applicable provisions of Ohio law concerning such expenditures. <br />Section 2. Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
