M.V. RESOLUTION N0. 82- 76 <br />Page -2- <br />Section l. The Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />for themselves and on behalf of the entire administration, employees <br />and residents of the municipality, express their deep appreciation <br />and thanks to MARTIN A. JANIS for his selfless, faithful and devoted <br />service to the people of the State of Oh'io and for the many programs <br />and institutions he has created for this State. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized, empowered <br />and directe to prepare duplicate original copies of this Resolution. <br />One such original shall be presented to MARTIN A. JANIS.as a small <br />token of the esteem in which he is held by the residents, officials <br />and employees of Mayfield Village.- The other original sha11 be <br />placed in the permanerit records of Mayfield Village as a lasting <br />tribute to MARTIN A. JANIS. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have beeri taken at operi meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting <br />in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Oh'io Revised Code. <br />Section 4.
