M.V. RESOLUTION N0. 82-81 (As Amended) <br />Page -3- <br />aforesaid a distance of 528 feet (passing through an iron <br />pin stake at 498 feet) to the place of beginning and <br />containing 1,185 acres of land according to the survey <br />of S. John Sheahan, Registered Surveyor, in May, 1961. <br />Section 3. The Special Use Permit granted herein is subject <br />to the following terms and conditioris: <br />1. That the strip of land 15 feet wi_de and extending <br />West from S.O.M..Center Road between parallel lines a <br />distance of 348 feet to the stone, as set forth in the <br />legal description of the property, shall not be considered <br />or included in said Special Use'Permit and said strip of <br />land sha11 continue to remain as a C1ass U-1 Use District <br />and no parking of any vehicles sha11 be permitted, thereon; <br />2. The Building existing on the premises as of <br />the date hereof sha11 not be enlarged, altered or expanded; <br />3. The Permittee sha11 maintain the tiaoderi split two <br />rail fence along the Southerly property line from the <br />existing eight foot chain link'ferice:to the rear of the <br />garage on the residential property to the South;. <br />4. The Permittee shall maintain the four foot chain <br />link fence with metal inserts or "slats" designed so as to <br />create a fence opaque in nature on the East p•roperty line <br />from the North en:d of the existing dri;veway to the North <br />property 1ine; <br />5. Al1 fences either existing or exected in accordance <br />herewith shall be kept and maintained in good condition by <br />the Permittee; <br />6. The Permittee sliall not erect any signs on the <br />subject property bla.t sha11 be permitted to increase the <br />size of the business naTne on 'the mailbox; <br />7. This permit shall not be assigned or transferred <br />without first obtaining the appzoval of the 1'lanning and <br />Zoning. Commission and Council of MayfieTd Village; <br />8. No Nuisance stiall be maintained or permitted on the <br />premises; <br />9. There sha11 be no burning of tars ox rubbish on the <br />premises; <br />10. No auto wreck.s are to be kept more than 90 days <br />on the premises; <br />11. This Permit may be suspended foz any pexiod o£ time <br />or revolced by recommeridati;on of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and approval by Council upon 10'days wrifiten <br />notice and hearing for any one or more'of the fol.lowin,g <br />reasons: <br />(a) Failuxe to com.ply w%th any 1aws-ox'oxda;nance.s <br />applicable to tlie business and opera:`tion of the auto <br />body repair shop or towing service for• 'automobiles;
