AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHTNG A TOOL AND EQUIPMENT LENDTNG PROGRAM TN 'M'AYFZELD VILLAGE, OHIO, AND REPEALTNG ALL OTHER ORDINANCES INCONSTSTENT THEREWITHo BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VIZLAGE, OHIO, TIIA,T: Section 1, The Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, have determine that it is in the best interests of the residents of the municipality to establish a tool and equipmerit lending program for residents of the municipality, subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set f orthm Section 2. The municipality sha11 make avail.able to any adult resi ent of the Vi7.lage tools and equipmerit purchased by the municipality from tiine-to-time, as authorized by the Council, and which are not in use by the Service Departmexito The use of such tools and equipment by adv.lt residerits of the Vi7.7.age sha11 be in accordance with the followi.n.g terms and conditions : 1) The Bui7,ding Commissioner sh.a11 keep on ? hand a list of al.l tools and equipmenfi availab7.e for use under the program estab7.i,shed herein« Onl.y those tools and equipmerit included on the; aforemeritioned list shall be available to the resideritso. 2) Any resident of the municipality eighteeri (18) years of age or older inay contact the Building Commissioner and request the use of whatever tool or equipment is curreritly on hand and included on the Building Commissioner's liste Th.e use of_ such tool or equipment sha11 be limited to forty-eight (48) hours. 3) The zesident bozxowzn,g such tool oz equi.pment must appear in person at the Service Build,in,g and execute a full and complete rel.ease ho7:dz.ng the municipality, %ts officials, officers, agents and employees, harm2ess from any bodily znjury or propezty d"amage arising from or in, any way connected with the use of sucli too7, or equipment.
