Property lines and <br />dimensions of the parcel or parcels proposed for development <br />and the locations of existing main buildings on adjacent <br />lots and on lots directly across the street or streets <br />which bound the property to be developed. <br />(B) Topography. Topography showing existing contours <br />at not greater than two foot intervals. <br />(C) Proposed Mairi and Accessory Buildings. All proposed <br />main and accessory buildings, located on the parcel at <br />the spot proposed, with a notation as to total floor space, <br />elevation above ground level and use. <br />(D) Traffic. The proposed system of circulation of <br />vehicular and pedestrian traffic, width of driveways, <br />plans for control of traffic in the development and <br />estimates of traffic volume stated in total automobile <br />movements during a normal business day. <br />(E) Parking and Loadir~a Areas. The arrangement, number <br />and size of proposed parking and loading spaces. <br />(F) 'Outdoor Lighting Fixtures. The location and type <br />of proposed outdoor lighting fixtures. <br />(G )'Site Improvements. Other site improvements, including <br />grading and drainage, design of landscaped yards, and other <br />planting or green areas, shown in relation to the proposed <br />buildings and adjacent parcels. <br />(H) 'Utilities. The plans for sanitary sewerage and <br />storm drainage facilities and all other utility installations <br />and connections. <br />(I) Easements and Deed Restrict~i'ons. Document the <br />location, extent, type and legal restrictions of easements <br />and deeds. <br />At the time of submission of the preliminary development plan <br />application, the applicant shall deposit a certified check payable <br />to Mayfield Village, Ohio, in an amount which may be established <br />from time-to-time by Council, by ordinance, to be credited to <br />the General Fund of the municipality, which is intended to defray <br />any expense incurred by the Village in reviewing the plans. <br />Section 1175.07 'P'lanning Commission Action. After the <br />Planning Commission has received an application containing all <br />of the required information for a preliminary development plan, <br />the Commission shall submit the same to the Building Commissioner, <br />Law Director and Engineer for review and comment within thirty (30) <br />days after such referral. Within sixty (60) days after the first <br />meeting of the Planning Commission following submission of the <br />preliminary development plan application, unless said time be <br />extended by agreement of the landowner, the Commission shall, <br />recommend approval of the preliminary plan to Council or shall <br />
