In addition, ARMSTRONG agrees <br />to maintain current knowledge of financial markets available to <br />the municipality for investment and borrowing purposes and to <br />devote its best efforts to :maximizing VILLAGE income from <br />investments and minimizing VILLAGE expense with respect to <br />borrowing. <br />Section 6. This Contract shall be cancellable by <br />either party at the end of any calendar month upon not less <br />than thirty (30) days prior written notice by one party to the <br />other. <br />Section 7.
