ORDINANCE NO. 81-68 <br /> <br />INTRODUCED BY : Mayor and ~ Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE PROVIDING TEMPORARY <br />APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE YEAR 1982. <br />~~ <br />WHEREAS, it is recommended by the Finance Director that during <br />the fiscal year ending December 31, 1982, this Council provide for <br />current expenses and expenditures of the Village, and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the following sums be set <br />aside and appropriated at this time: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />STREET CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE <br />AND REPAIR FUND <br />STATE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />POLICE PENSION FUND <br />STREET LIGHTING FUND <br />GENERAL BOND RETIREMENT FUND <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BOND RETIREMENT <br />FUND <br />POLICE OPERATING LEVY FUND <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />PERFORMANCE BOND FUND <br />FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND <br />RECREATION FUND <br />TOTALS <br />now, therefore, <br />$ 500,000.00 <br />15,000.00 <br />1,000.00 <br />25,000.00 <br />20,000.00 <br />20,000.00 <br />10,000.00 <br />30,000.00 <br />25,000.00 <br />2,000.00 <br />33,000.00 <br />1,000.00 <br />$ 682,000.00 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Finance Director of Mayfield Village, Ohio is <br />hereby authorized to draw warrants for payments from the General Fund <br />in the amount of $500,000.00; from the Street Construction, 114aintenance <br />and Repair Fund in the amount of $15,000.00; from the State Highway <br />Improvement Fund in the amount of $1,000.00; from the Police Pension <br />Fund in the amount of $25,000.00; from the Street Lighting Fund in the <br />amount of $20,000.00; from the General Bond Retirement Fund in the amount <br />of $20,000.00; from the Special Assessment Bond Retirement Fund in the <br />amount of $10,000.00; from the Police Operating Levy Fund in the amount <br />of $30,000.00; from the Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of <br />$25,000.00; from the Performance Bond Fund in the amount of $2,000.00; <br /> <br />
