ORDINANCE NO. 80- 10 <br />Page -2- <br />provided, however, that such removal shall not take place <br />without the affirmative vote of six (6) members of Council. <br />(d) The Recreation Director and the Board Members shall <br />serve without compensation. <br />Section 3. The Standing Rulesof the Recreation Board of <br />Mayfield Village, 1980 Revision, are hereby approved. <br />Section 4. Ordinances 75-10 and 1093 are hereby repealed. <br />Section 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village in <br />that it will provide for essential governmental services.
