ORDINANCE NO. 80-~y'(, Page -2- <br />Section 2. Council hereby determines that the said assess- <br />ments which are now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council <br />are in the same proportion to the estimated assessments as originally <br />filed as the cost of the above-described improvement is to the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as originally filed. ,.. <br />Section 3. The Clerk of this Council is hereby directed to <br />forward a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with the aforesaid <br />attached list of assessments, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />within fifteen (15) days from the date of its passage to be placed by <br />him on the tax duplicate and collected accordingly. <br />Section 4. The Clerk of this Council shall cause notice <br />of the passage of this Ordinance to be published once in a newspaper <br />of general circulation in the muncipality and to keep on file in her <br />office a list of the said assessments. <br />Section 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the health, <br />safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village in that it <br />will provide for the lighting of certain public thoroughfares and other <br />public areas within the municipality and shall therefore take effect <br />immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than <br />five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor, or <br />otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />~ ~~~~ <br />President o Council <br />PASSED: September~8, 1980,/ <br />APPROVED : ',; :.- fV~-~''~ -. ~J ~~ ~'~~~,~-.. :~C ;` - ~' I `~ SO <br />R~ber G.
