Operators of vehicles shall have a clear <br />and unobstructed view to the front and to both sides of their <br />vehicles, and shall have a clear ~ieki to the rear of their vehicles <br />by mirrors <br />Section 95--.Windows To .Be Free Frbm Posters, Etc. <br />(a No person shall drive any motor vehicle other than <br />a bus, with ant sign, poster or othbr nontransparent material <br />upon the front windshield, side rings i side or rear wi~fdo~rrs of such <br />vehicle other than a certificate or other paper requirbd to be sb <br />displayed by law, except that there may be in the lower right hand <br />corner of the tindshield a sign or poster not to exceed four inches <br />~~ in height by six inches in width. <br />Windshield Cleaner Required <br />(b) The windshield on every motor vehicle shall be equipped <br />with a device for cleaning rain., snow .or other moisture from the <br />windshield, which device shall be maintained in good working order <br />and so constructed as to be controlled or operated by the o~oerator <br />of the vehicle, <br />
