<br />._. 2u. _. <br />Section 105 --Driving While License ilevoked, Etc ._ <br />No person whose Operators or Chauffeurs license has been <br />suspended, revoked or refused shall drive or operate any motor <br />vehicle while such license is suspended, revoked or refused. <br />Section 106--Funeral Processions <br />No vehicle shall be driven through a funeral or authorized <br />procession except on direction of a police officer. <br />Section 107--Duty In Case Of Collision <br />The driver of any vehicle which has come into collision with <br />any person or property on any street or highway, and having notice <br />of such collision, shall immediately bring his vehicle to a stop <br />and upon request of the person injured, or any other person, shall <br />give to such person the name and address of the owner of such <br />vehicle together with the registered number of such vehicle if it <br />has a registered number, and also in his own name and address. <br />Section 108---Duty In Case Of Collision With Unattended Vehicle <br />The driver of any vehicle which collides with s,ny vehicle <br />which is unattended, and having notice of such collision, shall <br />immediately stop and shall then and there either locate and noti- <br />fy the operator or owner of such vehicle off' the name and address <br />of the driver and owner of the vehicle striking the unattended <br />vehic~.e or shall leave in a conspicuous place in the vehicle <br />struck a written notice giving the name and address of the driver <br />and of the owner of'the vehicle doing the striking. <br />Section 109--Trucks, Etc., To Keen Off Prohibited Streets <br />No person shall drive or cause to be driven any vehicle de- <br />signed or used for the transportation of goods, wares, merch- <br />andise or material over or upon any street or highway in the village, <br />properly designated by official signs as restricted against the <br />use of such vehicles, except for delivery of such goods, wares, <br />merchandise or material to a place abutting on such street and <br />then only by proceeding by a route which will follow to and from <br />the nearest street intersection to such place of delivery. <br />Section 110--Passin School Bus and St rtin Same <br />a The driver of a vehicle, when approaching the front or <br />rear of a school bus that has come to a stop upon a highway within <br />the Village of T~layfield, which bus is in the act of receiving any <br />school child, shall stop said vehicle not less than 10 feet from <br />such school bus and shall keep such vehicle stationary until such <br />child has entered said bus or has alighted and reached the side <br />of such highway. <br />(b) No school, bus driver shall start his bus until after <br />any child who has alighted therefrom has reached a place of safety, <br />Section 111---Fines Penalties and Waivers <br />a St is a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of <br />the provisions of this ordinance unless such violation is by <br />this ordinance or other law of this state declared to be a felony. <br />(b) Every person convicted or found guilty of a misdemeanor <br />for a violation of any of the provisions of'this ordinance for <br />which another penalty is not provided shall, for a first offense <br />thereof, be fined not more than50.00; and for a second offense <br />within one year thereafter, not less than X10.00 nor more than <br />100,00, or imprisoned in the county jail or workhouse, not more <br />than ten days, or both; and for a third or subsequent offense <br />within one year after the first offense shall be fined not less <br />than X25.00 nor more than X200.00 or imprisoned in the county <br />jail or workhouse not more than thirty days, or both, provided, <br />
