Frith the Boar of thisagreement and, of all like ~ agreements <br />cl of~~County Co~i.ssioners of Cuyahoga County <br />shall obligate the Village of "Mayfield and all municipal <br />ciorp.oratioias~entering into `such lik® agreements to render <br />mutual aid to the Civil Defens® Director of -the=County and <br />of eacYi other participating municipal corporation," through <br />the interohanga of'-p®rsonn®1, equipment and supplies, including <br />but not liritng it to fir®; police, a~abulance, and other <br />safety equipment-~ anii personnel; and equipment attd, personnel <br />for the proU®ctioi~ end repair of~ streets and utilities, in <br />-case of enemy action or disaster, upon such terms aacl conditions <br />as shall be recommended by the Civil Defense Coordinator and <br />approved~by"~th® Civil Defense Advisory Committee. In case of <br />enemy action, disaster; or-emergency, the Civil Defense Co- <br />ordinator shall take full charge and have full authority to act. <br />7.
