Sec. 2. That the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to apply for and secure membership for the Village of ~yfield in The Ohio Municipal League and he is hereby authorized to maintain such membership until otherwise ordered by Council' or unless Council shall fail to make appro- priation available for such purpose. Sec. 3. That the Director of Finance ( Fiscal Officer) be and he hereby is author zed and directed to issue a voucher for -the payment of the sum of Ten Dollars ( X10.00) to The Ohio Municipal League for membership dues of the Village of Mayfield for the year 1953, Payable from the General Fund. Sec. >a.. That upon request of the Mayor, the fiscal officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a voucher for the payment annual:Ly in advance of dues to The Ohio Municipal League at the beginning of the year 1951 and each calendar. year thereafter in_the amount fixed in accordance with the Constitution of said The Ohio Municipal League, when and as said sums shall have been appropriated for such purpose. Sec. 5• That there be and there hereby is appropriated the sum of X10.00 from tie moneys available and unappropriated for arty other purpose to General Fund in payment of the cost .of membership in The Ohio Municipal League for membership dues of the Village of Mayfield for the fiscal year 1953.
