A <br />Section 9. SUSPEi?VSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSEo In addition to <br />the fine or imprisonment authorized by Sectiori 8 of this Ordinance, any licensee <br />shall be subject to the suspension or revocation of his license upon conviction <br />for any violation of this Ordinancev The Mayo-ry in his diseretion, ma.y suspencl <br />or revoke a license granted under any provision of this Orclina.nce.pending or <br />in advance of the criminal prosscution of -the licensee, <br />Section 10. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an Emergency <br />Ordinance necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health' safety <br />and conveniece for reasons apparent from the contents of this Ordinance and, <br />therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />first day of Nay, A.
