Refund of Permit Fees. dahenever the work, for which a permit has been issued, .has .been abandoned and is not to be done, such permit may be returned to the Building Official for cancellation and after a deduction of Five Dollars 05:.00) from the permit fee has been made, one-half of the ,balance of the permit fee, if any, shall be refunded. Schedule of Permit Fees. (a) For a permit covering construction of detached garages and other. accessory buildings to single family dwellings, a fee of X3.00 plus 25 cents for each 100 square feet or fraction thereof of floor space.
