MAIN "lr~iEREAS, this Council adopted Resolution No. 291 on July l8, 1955, declaring the necessity of improving SOM Center Road, from.Highl~and Road, in the ~Nor-therly direction 2100 feet by the construction of. a water main and appurtenances in accordance with the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles prepared by the Village Engineer and now on file in the office of the Clerlc of the Village of Mayfield; and WHEREAS, a Certificate of the Clerk has been filed with the Council showing. service of notice of the passage of said Resolution No• 291 on the owner of each piece of property abutting on the above described improvement; and WHEI~AS, the Clerk has certified that no claims for damages have been filed during the claim period; and ~r7f~REP_S, the Council of the Village of I°1ayField desires to proceed with the said improvement. N~~7 THERLFORE BE IT ORDATNE,D~ BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE C~' HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNT.L _ OHIO, 71iREE-r OtTRTH5 OF; ALL MEMBERS EI;ECTED .THERETO .CONCURRII~ o Sec. 1•` That it is hereby determined to proceed with the improvement of SOM Center Road in the Vi]~age of Hayfield, Ohio, from Highland Road, in the ,Northerly direction 2l~00 feet by the construction of a. water main, all in accordance with resolution No. 291, adopted July.18, 1955, and in accordance with the plans, specifications,-estimates and-profiles heretofore approved and naw on file in the office of the Clerk of said ~].1].age• , See..2.
