Authorities, are provided for each of the lots of the <br />subdivision. All culverts or bridges necessary ti~rithin <br />the limits of the proposed streets, all box culverts and <br />drainage outlets necessary to carry surface drainage and <br />all of the work necessary in the intersection of the pro- <br />posed street, z~i.th existing streets, including the repaving <br />of such intersections and providing catch basins at such <br />locations, sha11 be done by the Qwners of the proposed <br />allotment and all to the approval and satisfaction of the <br />Village Engineer The O~aner s'nall furnish complete <br />specifications, in triplicate, meeting the approval of the <br />Village Engineer, the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineering <br />Department, th.e City of Clevela~.d, Department of Public <br />utilities, Division of Water and xeat and Council as may <br />be required, for use by _the Village Engir_eer, Village <br />Street Commissioner, and Village Inspec'cor. The P1a,ns <br />shall meet the approval of all three agencies.and..Council. <br />Duplicate plar_s shall be filed with the ViLage Engineer. <br />d. After the required underground improvements have been <br />completely installed, a temporary pavement consisting of <br />six inches of compacted, water bound macadam shall be <br />installed upon a graded, compacted subgrade shaped to the <br />cross-section of the permanent pavement so that when the <br />permanent pavement is constructed on top of this temporary <br />pavement it wi]1. conform to the camber and the esta'olished grade® <br />e. The permanent pavement shall be constructed of 7" reinforced <br />concrete and shall be a minimum of 20 feet wide, with a one <br />foot trride mountable integral curbing, in accordance Frith <br />the Village specifications and cross section plar_s irhich <br />are attached hereto, made a part hereof, and entitled: <br />"Reinforced Concrete Pavement" and "Concrete Curbs and <br />Curb Drains." This paragraph_e. shall not apply to streets <br />which_have already been dedicated or to streets shotim in <br />preliminary or final plans of subdivisions wYlich have been <br />approved by Council prior to the time of the passage of <br />this ordinance; in the cases referred to in this sentence, <br />the specifications found in Section 6 e. of OrcZi.nance No. x.68, <br />as it existed prior to the passage of this ordinance, sha11 <br />apply, that is, such streets shall have a permanent pavement <br />having an 8" waterbound macadam base 20 feet wide and a 2" <br />thick asphaltic concrete surface 18 feet wide. .. <br />f. The Oumer, after all permanent paving has been completed, <br />-must install at his own expense public sidewalks and <br />landscaping, vizless waived by Council, in accordance with the <br />specifications attached hereto, made a part hereof and entitled: <br />"Concrete •Sideiralks", and "Surfacing and Seedi_ng."
