Authorities, are provided for each of the lots of the subdivision. All culverts or bridges necessary ti~rithin the limits of the proposed streets, all box culverts and drainage outlets necessary to carry surface drainage and all of the work necessary in the intersection of the pro- posed street, z~i.th existing streets, including the repaving of such intersections and providing catch basins at such locations, sha11 be done by the Qwners of the proposed allotment and all to the approval and satisfaction of the Village Engineer The O~aner s'nall furnish complete specifications, in triplicate, meeting the approval of the Village Engineer, the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineering Department, th.e City of Clevela~.d, Department of Public utilities, Division of Water and xeat and Council as may be required, for use by _the Village Engir_eer, Village Street Commissioner, and Village Inspec'cor.
