ROAD FROM.~~TILSpN MILLS RCt~D IN ~ SOUTHERLY <br />DIRECTION TO THE SOUTH-CORPORt1TION_LINE OF THE_VILIAGE _ - <br />OF MAYF IELD OHI Oa .. -.. - .. - - - - - <br />S~REAS, the common boundary of the Village of Mayfield Heights, <br />Ohio, and the Village of T~a,yfield, Ohio, is .the center line of Lander Road, <br />extending from ~3'ilson Mi11s Road in _a Southerly clirecti.on to the Southerly <br />corporation linE of the Village of 1~Ta~Tfield; and -- <br />T^IfiETfiEAS, the Councils of both Villages desire to construct a ]2" <br />cast iron water main to_serve the abutting property owners along said ~ _ <br />common bouridary~line; and <br />~rTHEREAS, the respective Councils have enacted legislation further- <br />ing the construction of such water_.main above described; and <br />Z~.iHEREAS, it is required by the City of Cleveland, the supplier of <br />the grater, that _ said main be constructed in the ~~esterly portion of said <br />Lander Road; and .._ <br />~THEREAS, it is for the best interests of the abutting property <br />ozmers in both Villages that a single main be installed aazd the cost of <br />such construction be borne equita'oly. <br />NOi~7 THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VII~:,AGE ~' MAYr"IELD, <br />C IIYA~-I OGA COUNTY -OHIO, THAT : _ _ . - - _ . - --- _ - - -... - - <br />Sec.. l: The Mayor and Clexk of the ~illa.ge of A~ayfield; Ohio, <br />are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the ?•?ayor and Clerk <br />of the Vil_l.a.ge of Highland Heights, 0tii_o, on behalf of said Vil.]~ges' <br />concerning the construction-.of a l.2" .cast iron water main from T~Tilson <br />r°iills Road in a Southerly direction_to the South corporation line of the <br />tillage of Mayfield, _ <br />Sec. 2~ It shall be a provision of said contract that the abutting <br />property o~mers.on.the Easterlg side of Dander Road be given the same <br />privileges and rights to the .use of sai.d_~rater main as will be enjoyed by <br />the property o~mers of the Village of Highland Heights abutting on the <br />I~Testerly line of Lander Road; -- - <br />
