Tr~REAS, this Council adopted Resolution No. 363 on November 26, 1956, declaring the necessity of improving Lander Road in the Village of 1°k~.yfield, Ohio, from laTilson 1`lills Road in a Southerly direction to- the 6ouirh Corpor® ation line of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, by the construction of _ a water main and appurtenances in accordance ti=rith the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles prepared by the Village Engineer and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Village of Tayfield; and irIF1~ERF3AS, a Certificate of the Clerk has beer_ filed frith the Council showing service of notice of the passage of such Resolution No. 363 on the ozrner of each piece of property abutting on the East side of Lander Road iiz the VilJ~.ge of T°Myfield, Ohio, from Wilson I~Tills Road in a_ Southerly direction to the South corporation line__of the Village of i%Myfield, Ohio; and -WHEREAS, the Clerk has certified that no claims for damages have been filed during the claim period; and ~~HEREAS, the Council of the Vil7.age of l~layfield desires to proceed with said improvement. NOLv THEREFORE BE IT OFDAII~D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUidTY OF CUY~~HOG.A., STATE.OF OHIO, THAT: _ _ Seca 1. That it is hereby determined to proceed with the improvement of Lander-Ilo~.d in the Village of Tayfield, Ohio, from Wilson 1`jills Road in a Southerly direction to the South corporation line of ,the Village of Mayfield, by establishing the grade and constructing a-water main, all in accordance with Resolution No. 363, adopted November 26, 1956, and in accordance with the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles hereto- fore approved and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Village. Sec. 2. That all claims for damages resulting therefrom shall be judicially enquired into after the completion of the proposed improvement and the Solicitor be, and he is, hereby authorized to institute proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction to enquire into claims.
