Sec. 3. The Village SoLicitor is hereby authorized to take action <br />to er?join the vioZation of this ordinanee and to recover darnages suffered <br />by tne Village because of any violation of -this ardinance and to take <br />action to enforce the cond.itions of the bond provided for in Section 10 <br />Sec. 4. This ordinance shall not apply to excavations made by a <br />governmental agency and persons actirg for such ageney. <br />Sec. 5, Exi.sting Orclinance No. 546 entitled-. t'An Ordinance Regulatirg <br />A]1 apening and Excavating of Roads ahd Highways for Public IItilities in the <br />Vi.1l.age of Mayfield and Repealing Ordinance No. 41411 is hereby repealed as <br />ai the date of the passage of this Ordinanceo <br />Sec. 6.
