Sec. 7. No application for a building or remodeling permit shall <br />be approved or permit issued unless either the requirements of Section 4 <br />as to mechanical garbage disposers or of Sections 5 and 6 as to <br />Incinerators have been complied with. <br />Sec. 8. Inspection. The Building Tnspector, or his duly <br />authorized representative, shall have aathority to enter and inspect <br />building and premises for the purpose af enf orcing this ordinance. <br />Sec. 9, Penalties. Any person, f irm, corporation, partnership <br />or association who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance <br />shall be deemed to be guilty of a.misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof <br />shall be fined a sum not to exceed $50,00 for each violation, and each <br />day in which the violation is continued shall constitute a separate <br />offense. <br />Sec. 10, Energencye This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency .measure, necessart? for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health, peace, safety and xaeZf are of the Village of Mayf ield and its <br />inhabitants, because it is immediately necessary to prohibit the building <br />or remodeling of structures of the type hereinabvve specif ied without <br />providing f or a proper means of disposition of wastes and garbage by <br />incinerators or garbage disposers installed on the premises, and this <br />ordinance sha11 be in force and effect from and after the date of its <br />passage. <br />Fassed this -SZL- day of 1960. <br />Attest: <br />?+?-'2????'?-'r?
