(c) If the moving is to be along a dead-end street, all owners <br />of property abutting said street shall be given not less <br />than 24 hours notice in writing at their last known place <br />of residence by the permit holder. <br />(d) No permit shall be issued for moving a building, structure <br />or substantial part thereof on to any premises in the <br />Village of Mayfield without the prior approval of the <br />Architectural Board of Review. <br />Sec. 2. Any person who shall move, remove or demolish any building or <br />structure or substantial part thereof without obtaining a permit therefor or <br />without complying with the terms of this ordinance as to furnishing a cash <br />deposit, or liability insurance, or notice to certain property owners, or <br />approval of the Architectural Board of Review, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500.00, or stand <br />committed until the fine is paid, and each such violation shall constitute <br />a separate offense. <br />Sec. 3. The Village Solicitor is hereby authorized to talcs action <br />to enjoin the violation of this ordinance and to recover damages suffered by <br />the Village because of any violation of this ordinance, and to take action to <br />enforce the conditions of the cash bond provided for in this ordinance. <br />Sec. 4.
