ORDINANCE Noe 742 By Mr.s Brown Seconded by Mr. Wedler .~ AN Il~iERGENCi' ORDINANCE DETERMINING TO PROCEED WITH THE IMPROVEMENT OF WORTON PARK DRIVE, WOODLANE DRIVE,. NORTH WOODLANE DRIVE, SOUTH A700DLANE DRIVE,-AND NORMAN IANE.. DRIVE BY THE CONSTRUCTION .OF WATER MAINS .AND APPURTENANCES WHEREAS, this Council adopted Resolution No. 499 on June 19, 1961, declaring the necessity of improving those portions of T~Torton Park Drive, Woodlane Drive, North Woodlane Drive, South Woodlane Drive, and Norman Lane Drive, hereinafter described, by the construction of cast iron water mains and appurtenances, in accordance with the plans, specifications, estimates, and prof files prepared by the Village~Engineer and now on file in the off ice of the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield; and S~THEREAS9 the Council of the Village of Mayfield is desirous of proceeding with said improvement. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO, THAT® .... .- Sec. 1, It is hereby determined to proceed with the improvement of the following named public streets in the Village of 1~1ayf field by establishing the grade and constructing a cast iron caster main, all in accordance with Resolution Noe 499, adopted June 19, 1961, and in accordance with the plans, specif ieations, estimates and prof files heretof ore approved and now on file in the office of the Clerk .of said Villagem- (a) idorton Park Drive, from the existing water main in the inter- section of Worton Park Drive and Hemingway Drive, in a Southerly direction to the Northerly line of South Woodlane Drive; (b) Woodlane Drive, from the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No$ 20 in _ a Southerly direction to the Northwest corner of Sublot No. 11; (c) North Woodlane Drive, from the Westerly line of Worton Park Drive in a Westerly direction to the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 20; (d) South Woodlane Drive, from the Northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 11 Easterly to a point 225 feet East of the center line of Worton Park Drive; (e) Norman bane Drive, from the Gesterly line of Worton Park Drive Westerly to the Easterly line of Woodlane Drive.
