"Sec. 30.6 OFF-STREET PARKING AAID LOADING REGULliTIONS <br />Off-street parking and off-street loading facilities shall be <br />provided as a condition precedent to the occupancy and maintenance <br />of any•use whenever a building is constructed or altered. <br />1. Standards and Design -Parking Facilities <br />a. Off-street parking spaces, not less than the f ollow- <br />ing facilities shall be provided whenever anew use <br />is hereafter established, an existing building is <br />altered which results in an increase in floor area <br />of building, or whenever the use of an existing <br />building is changed. <br />Motels; one space for each lodging trait plus ten <br />additional spaces for each motel. <br />Eating and assembly facilities; one space for each <br />four seats plus ten additional spaces for each <br />facility. <br />Office, laboratories, production and distribution <br />establishments; one space for each two employees <br />on two successive shifts and spaces for visitors. <br />b. Location and Size <br />The facilities shall be located on the same lot as <br />the main building or use served. Each parking <br />space shall be not less than 190 square feet, 9-1/2 <br />feet x 20 feet, exclusive of drives and turning <br />spaces. <br />c. Surface Improvements <br />A11 parking areas and driveways shall be graded <br />and shall be surfaced with asphalt, concrete, or <br />other similar hard surface as required by the - <br />regulations of the Village. Bumper guards shall <br />be provided to establish the limits of each parking <br />area except a t accessways. <br />20 Standards and Design - Loading Facilities <br />Off-street loading facilities shall be provided when- <br />ever a building is hereafter erected, altered, or <br />occupied for a use involving the receipt or distri- <br />bution of materials or merchandise as follows: <br />-12- <br />
