a Area 1 .which is to be rezoned is comprised of land located north of Wilson Mills Road, west of S.O.M. Center Rcad, south of Highland Road and east of the Interstate Freeway Routes 271 aid 290 (generally Im own as U. S. 90 South). It is comprised of about 190 acres, of which about 20 acres is to be zoned to a Motorist aervice District, about 66 acres to an Offi,~e-Laboratory District and about 10I~ acres to a Production Distribution District, more specifically as f ollowst The Motorist Service District abuts m the north line of Wilson dills Road, starting at the ramp terminal intersection of said freeway and the northerly line of Wilson Mills Road, and extending easterly about 1207.76 feet but to a line !~0 feet west of the east- erly line of parcel No. 831-15-2l~; thence northerly and parallel to said lot line for a distance of 650 feet; thence westerly and parallel t o Wilson NIi11s Road to the east line of said freeway; thence southerly along the limited access line of the freeway to the point of beginning. The Production-Distribution District adjoins and coin- cides with the northerly line of the above described Motorist-Service: District; starting at the north- easterly corner of the aforesaid District; thence northerly and parallel to S.O.M. Center Road for a distance of about 2423.7 feet but to a point 1720 feet south of the r-o-w~`line of Highland Road; thence northwesterly f or a d istance of about 1151 feet to a point 630 feet south of the r-o-w line of Highland Road; thence westerly for a distance of about 889..8 feet to the r-o-w line of said freeway; thence southerly along the easterly limited access line of the freeway to the northerly line of the aforesaid T~Lotorist Service District; thence easterly for a distance of about 1482.8 feet to the point of beginning.
