mains to three feet back of the edge of the proposed pavement, in <br />accordance with the specif ications attached hereto, made a part <br />hereof and marked "Sewe'rs" and "tdater". If, however, water mains <br />and seiner outlet facilities are not available to the property, <br />the allotment will not be approved unless some other water supply <br />means and sewage outlet means, meeting with the approval of the <br />Council and the Public Health Authorities, are provided for each <br />of the lots of the subdivision. All culverts or bridges necessary <br />~oithin the limits of the proposed streets, all box culverts and <br />drainage outlets necessary to carry surf ace drainage and all the <br />work necessary in the intersection of the proposed street, with <br />existing streets, including the repaving of such intersections <br />and providing catch basins at such locations, shall be done by <br />the Owners of the proposed allotment and all to the approval <br />and satisf action of the Village Engineer. The Owner shall furnish <br />complete specifications, in triplicate,-meeting the approval of the <br />Village Engineer, the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineering Depart- <br />ment, the City of Cleveland, Department of Public Utilities, <br />Division of Water and Heat and Council as may be required, for <br />use by the Village Engineer, Village Street Commissioner, and <br />Village Inspector. The Plans shall meet the approval of all <br />three agencies and Council. Duplicate plans shall be filed with <br />the Village Engineer. , <br />d. After the required underground improvements have been completely <br />installed, a temporary pavement consisting of six inches of <br />compacted, water bound macadam shall be installed upon a graded, <br />compacted subgrade shaped to the cross-section of the permanent <br />pavement so that when the permanent pavement is constructed on <br />top of this temporary pavement it will conf orm to the camber and <br />the established grade. <br />e. The permanent pavement shall be constructed of 7" reinf orced <br />concrete and shall be a minimum of 20 feet wide,,with a one <br />foot wide mountable integral curbing, in accordance with the <br />Village specifications and cross section plans which are <br />attached hereto, made a part hereof, and entitled: "Reinf orced <br />Concrete Pavement" and "Concrete Curbs and Curb Drains." This <br />paragraph e. shall not apply to streets which have already been <br />dedicated or to streets shown in preliminary or final plans of <br />subdivisions which have been approved~by Council prior to the <br />time of the passage of this ordinance; in the cases referred to <br />in this sentence, the specifications found in Section 6 e. of <br />Ordinance No. 468, as it existed prior to the passage of this <br />ordinance, shall apply, that is, such streets shall have a <br />permanent pavement having an 8" waterbound macadam:-base 20 feet <br />wide and a 2'' thick asphaltic concrete surf ace 18 feet wide. <br />
