Each dayrs violation of this ordinance <br />shall constitute a separate offense, Provided, however, that in a U-3 or <br />U-4 use district, prosecution for violation of this Ordinance may be waived <br />by the Building Inspector if the owner or occupant of the premises constructs <br />a closed or stockade fence, not over 8 feet in height', in such a manner <br />that the objects prohibited by this ordinance are not visible from the <br />residential premises abutting or across the street from said property; the <br />erection of such fence shall be subject to the approval of both the owner <br />of the property abutting or across the street from said premises and the <br />Building Inspector, and shall not be approved by the Building Inspector <br />unless he.f Inds that such fence is not unsafe and unsightly and that it <br />will not obstruct necessary light and air from adjacent premises. <br />Sec. 4.
